Returns and Refunds
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30 day money back return policy: just notify us via email within 30 days of your delivery date. Refunds will not be honored after the 30 day mark. Your email must include the following: Invoice or order number, a description of the item and the reason for the return. Once a refund has been approved, the item must be mailed back within 7 days. The sender must pay the return shipping and insurance. Any item returned without the approval number will be subject to refusal. As long as the item is in its original condition we will happily give a prompt refund. Refunds will not be given for closeout or sale items. No refunds on custom orders.
